SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL YELLOW AND RED
BREAKING NEWS FOR AUGUST AND SEPT..WE ARE A VETERANS MOTORCYCLE CLUB FIRST AND FOREMOST..I'm President Mosey of the Great State of Texas VoVMC Chapter. I Would like to Welcome Brothers Twin and Hawkeye here in Texas and all the new patch holders and prospects in the VoVMC. We will be having a link in the very near future of the Twisted Sisters Run and the pictures that Brother Tracker took. A special thanks to him and also Brother Redleg for his past leadership as the Texas President. We invite everyone to get involved and support NCOM/AIM in Texas now!!! We wish everyone a great summer and if your looking to join a great veterans club..join up!! However, It takes more to belong to a motorcycle club than filling out paperwork, paying dues, and putting on a patch. You have to be committed and support the club. You have to ride out of state on occasion. The members of a club become family. You do all you can to help your family. If your club member needs help, you need to be there without hesitation, worry, or fear but just a get-er-done. Always have your brother's back. It takes time but you need to be ready, willing and able to do whatever it takes. That's why most people don't want to be part of a motorcycle club. They don't want to be committed or give the time. We don't want wannabe's, patch collectors, or people lacking commitment or club jumpers. We want brothers we can depend on who are willing to do for the club whatever needs to be done. If you aren't ready and willing to do this, don't sign up. Don't hope you will slide in because you will not be accepted. Don't waste your time or our's.
Remember the members of this club have something special. Not many Americans can be part of this club. We are an elite class of Veterans. We served our country when it wasn't very popular to do so! It didn't matter if we were in-country, supporting, or serving wherever our government wanted us. We did it with pride and commitment. I believe that is why the members of this club support the military 100%. We've been there, done that. We understand what the soliders are going through. We pledge NEVER, NEVER, NEVER have them feel what we felt. When you wear the patch, you represent all of us. GIVE RESPECT AND GET RESPECT. Be an ass and get treated like an asshole. We are committed to the brotherhood of the VOVMC and ride for those who can't. Ride safe and be proud of who you are! We are looking for more Brothers so if you would like to join us..just click the Join Up Here page. We need to remember our Vietnam Brothers. Remember, NEVER AGAIN WILL AMERICA TURN HER BACK ON HER HONORABLE MILITARY AND VETERANS. "Never again will one generation
of veterans abandon another."

Went on some good rides and plenty of SUN!! It's always a thrill to ride on the Coastal Highways here in Texas with great views and plenty of stopping to sightsee. It really feels good to just jump on the bike and head down the road with no particular destination. That's when you know you're free. Riding on a Harley with the wind in your face and the sounds and smells you experience just cruising down the highway--can't get no better. Get out and enjoy it before the government outlaws it!
PEOPLE ASK WHY??
My old grandpa said to me son,' there comes a time in every mans life when he stops bustin' knuckles and starts bustin' caps and usually it's when he becomes too old to take whoopin'.
I don't carry a gun to kill people.
I carry a gun to keep from being killed.
I don't carry a gun to scare people.
I carry a gun because sometimes this world can be a scary place.
I don't carry a gun because I'm paranoid.
I carry a gun because there are real threats in the world.
I don't carry a gun because I'm evil.
I carry a gun because I have lived long enough to see the evil in the world.
I don't carry a gun because I hate the government.
I carry a gun because I understand the limitations of government.
I don't carry a gun because I'm angry.
I carry a gun so that I don't have to spend the rest of my life hating myself for failing to be prepared.
I don't carry a gun because I want to shoot someone.
I carry a gun because I want to die at a ripe old age in my bed, and not on a sidewalk somewhere tomorrow afternoon.
I don't carry a gun because I'm a cowboy.
I carry a gun because, when I die and go to heaven, I want to be a cowboy.
I don't carry a gun to make me feel like a man.
I carry a gun because men know how to take care of themselves and the ones they love.
I don't carry a gun because I feel inadequate.
I carry a gun because unarmed and facing three armed thugs, I am inadequate.
I don't carry a gun because I love it.
I carry a gun because I love life and the people who make it meaningful to me.
Police Protection is an oxymoron. Free citizens must protect themselves.
Police do not protect you from crime, they usually just investigate the crime after it happens and then call someone in to clean up the mess.
Personally, I carry a gun because I'm too young to die and too old to take whoopin'.

WORDS TO THE WISE: Last but very important. NEVER,NEVER,EVER GO AGAINST A PATCH HOLDER WHEN IT COMES TO A PROSPECT!! That is unheard of in the MC world. Patch holders always stick together. You will have your Brother's back in anything. This club is different from other MC clubs in that we hold family, jobs with the club. But never put a prospect over a patch holder or a support member. Even if you hate that patch holder guts. He is your brother and until that prospect becomes a full patch member he is nothing! He might not make it to being a full patched member. You can tell about good things the prospect does or doing but that is it. You don't run interference for him you don't plead his case and you don't defend him. You can help him in his prospecting, tell about the club, what he needs to do, but you don't try and get him patched out. He has got to earn that on his own. One last note, if you go out in Bad Standing only a desperate loser would try and gain back respect. In the MC world it don't happen. The MC rules should always be followed as best we can as a MC.
